By accessing or using any part of our services (collectively referred to as the "Service"), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please exit this page and refrain from using our Service. Your use of the Service is expressly conditioned upon your acceptance of these Terms.

Additionally, disclosing User Content that identifies you or third parties is your responsibility. By uploading User Content, you confirm that it adheres to the Terms of Service.
The Company is not obligated to back up User Content, and it may be deleted without prior notice. You are solely accountable for maintaining backup copies of your User Content.
While we may pre-screen User Content submissions at our discretion, we are not obliged to do so and may remove User Content as we see fit. The Company bears no responsibility for financial loss, liability, or damage arising from removing or declining to publish User Content.
By posting User Content on the Site, you agree that: (i) your User Content does not contain third-party confidential or proprietary information; (ii) we hold no obligation of confidentiality regarding the User Content; (iii) we may have similar content already under consideration; (iv) you grant us an irrevocable, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, modify, prepare derivative works, publish, distribute, and sublicense the User Content; and (v) you waive moral rights claims against the Company Parties.
When providing ideas, suggestions, or proposals ("Feedback"), you confirm: (i) the Feedback doesn't contain third-party confidential information; (ii) we are under no obligation of confidentiality for the Feedback; (iii) we may have similar content already under consideration; (iv) you grant us an irrevocable, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, modify, prepare derivative works, publish, distribute, and sublicense the Feedback; and (v) you waive moral rights claims against the Company Parties.
These Terms remain in force while you use the Service. We can suspend or terminate your Service access (including your account) at our discretion, without reason. Upon termination, your account and access to the Service end immediately. The Company isn't liable for termination effects. You can also terminate your Service use.
You acknowledge that the information herein is for informational purposes only and not advice or guaranteed results. We don't guarantee Content suitability, and our tests are for self-improvement. The Site isn't a replacement for medical or professional advice. We aren't liable for actions based on Content. The Site doesn't provide official IQ tests.
You agree to defend the Company Parties against claims related to your use of the Service and Content submission. We reserve the right to assume defense control and you'll cooperate.
Use the Service at your risk. We provide no warranties. We're not liable for damages resulting from Service use. Our liability is limited to charges you paid directly to us.
Purchases are final. Subscriptions renew automatically. We're not liable for payment processor terms. Your payment method must be valid. Terminate subscriptions via customer service.
Due to the nature of digital goods, we offer no refunds. Your satisfaction is important to us.
The Company acknowledges the importance of intellectual property rights. Under the DMCA, we promptly address claims of copyright infringement on our Site when reported to our Copyright Agent, as outlined below. Upon receipt of a copyright infringement notice, the Company will take suitable action, including removing the alleged infringing content and terminating access for repeat infringers of copyright-protected materials.

Governing Law, Venue: These Terms are governed by Hong Kong's internal laws. Legal proceedings must be in the Hong Kong courts ("Specified Courts"). Parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of these courts and waive objections to venue. Service by mail is valid. Each Party waives claims of inconvenient forum.
Attorney Fees: In litigation, if Company is determined the Prevailing Party, it can recover reasonable fees, costs, and expenses.
These Terms are the entire agreement, superseding other agreements. Changes require written agreement. Notices are in writing. Company is an independent contractor. Assignments need consent. If a provision is invalid, it's severed while the rest remains enforceable. Surviving provisions remain after termination. No waiver without writing. Headings are for convenience. Singular includes plural, and gender-neutral pronouns include all genders. These Terms benefit successors and assigns. Only Parties and their successors and assigns have rights under these Terms. Parties strive to consummate the transactions.
